How long will it take to receive my order?

The Sculpt Lab offers tracked international shipping to most countries, ensuring your transformation is handled with care from our lab to your door. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are custom-calculated at checkout to provide you with the most efficient service possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to adjust your shipping details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our lab essentials, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
